Shipping Policy

Ratro (operated by DealsNation) ensures that your products are delivered in the best condition and within the committed time frame. We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders across India and internationally.

1. Shipping Partners

For International Buyers: Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier services and/or International Speed Post only.

For Domestic Buyers: Orders are shipped through trusted domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services across India.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Orders are normally dispatched within 0–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location and courier service norms.

In some cases, delivery time may vary depending on product availability, custom requirements, or external courier delays.

> Note: Ratro / DealsNation guarantees to hand over the shipment to the courier partner within 0–7 working days but is not responsible for courier or postal delays once the consignment is dispatched.

3. Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of order.

Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Ratro will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the respective courier company’s tracking portal.

Delivery confirmation for all services and digital orders will be sent to your registered email ID.

5. International Shipping

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and logistics partner availability.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied at the destination country shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Delays or Non-Delivery

Ratro / DealsNation shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or local restrictions.
